Summary:
Daniel was brought in to visit the therapist after an incident that took place at school with a classmate named Ryan Fields in which Ryan Fields scooted his desk over to Daniel, whispered something into Daniel's ear, and caused Daniel to get mad. Daniel displays more moderate-severe symptoms such as echolalia, is unable to demonstrate many social skills or answer more open questions, makes little eye contact, and gives abbreviated answers. In questioning Daniel about the incident at school, he displays evidence of enhanced anxiety and discomfort when recounting the event with therapist. When asked about the toy train he brought to the interview, Daniel quickly deviates into discussing his passion of trains.
