Put up in 1/2 dozens."--McLoughlin Bros.' catalogue, ca. 1912, p. 93. Photographic illustration of cover in catalog entry matches that of copy in hand, which has an inscription dated 1912. Text printed in double columns. Plates printed in color by a relief process (zinc etching)."--Home page.
