Description: Parties: (1) Stationers' Company and Edward Brewster, Thomas Parkhurst, William Rawlins, Richard Simpson and Samuel Sprint, surviving feoffees and trustees for the company (2) Robert Stephens, stationer.Written on the back is an assignment of property from Elizabeth Framewell, daughter and executrix of Robert Stephens, John Murray, upholsterer, and Sarah Murray, wife of John Murray and daughter of Robert Stephens, to the company, 24 Jul 1723. Inserted are two documents: 1. assignment of a warehouse from Robert Stephens to Elizabeth Framewell, 26 Mar 1719. 2. assignment of a ground room from Robert Stephens and Elizabeth Framewell to Joseph Collyer, stationer, 3 Jul 1719.
