In 2012 he moved to Melbourne, was taken up by the prestigious Metro Gallery and became a finalist in the Archibald Prize for Portraiture. After leaving school, <i>Juan Ford</i> studied engineering. He soon realised however that, he possessed an amazing talent for photorealism, so began studying art.
