Tim Lindsey is Malcolm Smith Professor of Asian Law and Director of the Centre for Indonesian Law, Islam and Society, University of Melbourne, Australia. Jamhari Makruf is a Professor and Vice Rector of the Indonesian International Islamic University. Helen Pausacker is Deputy Director of and a Principal Research Assistant in the Centre for Indonesian Law, Islam and Society, University of Melbourne, Australia.
