- Cataloged from imperfect copy: 2 fragments (top left and bottom right of original sheet) only. Each fragment trimmed to 19.5 x 14.5 cm. Portion of caption title and portion of large woodcut illustration on one fragment; small portion of large woodcut illustration and 1 column (32 lines of text including colophon) on the other.
- Broadside with horizontal chain lines.
- Woodcut illustration hand-colored in orange, blue and green with possibly some pink and brown.
- Text within type ornament borders.
- Fragments used as binder's waste: each has two small vertical slits near one edge (for ribbon ties?), glue stains, and additional paper affixed to versos; two pieces of clear tape affixed to verso of one fragment and one to the other; and narrow triple blind fillet across lower portion of one fragment.
