Biography/History:
Born on October 5, 1802 in Fairhaven, Vermont, Sendol Barnes Munger was a missionary in India. He married Maria L. Andrews, of Bristol, Vermont in 1834. She died in 1846 while onboard the ship Chicora, on the voyage from Boston to Bombay, and was buried at sea in the Indian Ocean.
