This two-volume set LNCS 11581 and 11582 constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Digital Human Modeling and Applications in Health, Safety, Ergonomics and Risk Management, DHM 2019, which was held as part of the 21st HCI International Conference, HCII 2019, in Orlando, FL, USA, in July 2019.
