Summary:
The president of a famous Swiss watch manufacturer, fifty-year old Charles Dé, inexplicably severs all ties to the world he has known in favor of a life guided by the principles of a young bohemian couple. While his rebellious daughter approvingly conceals Charles's new life, the rest of his family hires a private investigator to find him, setting in motion a business takeover that threatens his bohemian happiness.
