Summary:

Order of Piyutim recited in the Casale Monferrato Yom Kippur rite, to follow the custom of reciting the book of Psalms (divided by books 1-5, with an additional piyut following Psalm IV) after the conclusion of the liturgy of Arvit.

Written in 17-18 lines, with variated column styles; written in an Italian square script, vocalized (text), and a Sephardic semicursive text (instructions).

Bound in contemporary marbled boards, with leather tips and spine; stamped in gilt on spine: "מזמורים" "SACRA CIDARA".

Written in Casale Monferrato, in the Casale rite (colophon text: "עד כאן כל הפזמונים שאומרים בליל כפורים והסדר הנהוג בעה"ק קסאלי ויש קהלות שנוהגים אח"כ לומר ספר כנף רננים לשחר פני שוכן מעונים"; the rites of connected communities to recite Sefer Kenaf renanim until dawn is mentioned; this was a recension of Piyutim mainly for the High holidays in the Italian rite).
