Summary:
This is a manuscript bifolium from an Iberian Hebrew Bible which had the Five Scrolls following the Pentateuch; the surviving text is from Deuteronomy XXXII:47, הזה תאריכו ימים על האדמה until XXIV:9, כי סמך משה את ידיו עליו וישמעו (f. 1v); the text continues (on what was the conjugate leaf) in Ecclesiastes, beginning with III:10-11, את הכל עשה יפה בעתו, and ending with V:13, ואבד העשר ההוא בענין רע (f. 2v). The text of the Scroll of Antiochus is written on the upper and lower margins of the first folio, contemporary with the writing of the manuscript; text begins אתיתי לביעל קדם ניקנור (f. 1r) and stops after אמיה לאעקא ליהוד ולירושלים (f. 1v)).

Foliation: Parchment, 2; modern foliation in pencil, 1-2, lower left recto.
Layout: Written in 26 lines in two columns, frame-ruled in drypoint; two narrow lines ruled above columns and three lines below columns for marginal text; pricking on ruling at gutter; punch holes; one catchword (f. 2v).
Script: Written in a Iberian square script, vocalized and with cantillation (Biblical text; text of Scroll of Antiochus written in smaller vocalized characters, possibly in a different hand).
Origin: Written in Iberia during the second half of the 14th century, or the first half of the 15th century.
Decoration: Sedra divider in pen-work (curls and fleuron around the word פרש; f. 1r).
