- 本书稿:是由两篇硕士学位论文以及两篇文章结集而成.涂小棋认为指出中法战争是清代海防建设时期的分界岭,清后期通过设北海镇为军事中心,升钦州,设防城,修炮台等举措,形成了以立足于北部湾地区军事中心,多地区联动的军事防卫形态,地区防卫向西南地区国防转变的趋势.陈逸飞认为海南岛海防具有海陆防一体性,从清前期的陆守防盗到中期的中越联合防盗,发展到清后期形成的海口,儋州,崖州水师营"三点成面"的全岛分防体系,整体建设趋势由北向南转移.滕兰花通过对东汉伏波将军马援崇拜的系统分析,指明当代社会里伏波信仰成为一种文化遗产并有所复兴,可结合边疆文化建设的需要,关注伏波信仰在文化戍边上的价值.
