- 《海运摘钞》著者不详,八卷,明代著作,民国二十五年上虞罗氏石印《明季辽事丛刊》本.万历四十六年 (公元1618年) ,辽东努尔哈赤建立后金后,发兵抚顺,明辽东军饷骤增300万两,时宫内虽有积储,但不肯拨发.为解决军饷不足,于是决定加征饷银,筹措此项军饷而加派的田赋款项,称为"辽饷".此书主要内容正是对这一专项军饷,从万历四十六年 (公元1618年) 征收到万历四十八年 (公元1620年) 为止,从筹集,用途,分拨,各官吏部分协作等记载详细,为明代这一辽饷案研究的不必可少的史料文献.
