With this publication, the discussion on the Social Housing project aims to conquer a vacant space within the framework of architectural research. Given the diversity and changes in recent family constitutions and their implication in the registration of the ways of living of the recipients of housing policies, adaptability is positioned as a priority project strategy for architectural theory and praxis. This work also takes up the theoretical categories of the "Investigación Proyectual" (Project Research): an epistemological structure that validates the architectural project as a tool specific to the production of knowledge. "This work has shown that research in Architecture and Project Research are not opposed, but that one includes the other. The theory of architecture is more responsible for determining the "what" and "how", it deals with what Architecture is and should be, and not so much as it is generated; It is closely related to abstract concepts of philosophical, ethical, or ideological order, such as happiness, beauty, truth, goodness, justice, freedom, order, chaos. Ultimately, the work of Diego Fiscarelli has been a space for intertwining both aspects, put at the service of an updated reflection. A good time to talk about the architecture of Social Housing."
