本书从中国社会情境与农业转移人口家庭特征出发,梳理现有国内外理论研究,建立适用于新型城镇化进程的农业转移人口家庭市民化意愿的多元分析框架;利用西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院于2018年收集的"全国百村外出务工人员调查"微观数据与197个地级市的城市统计数据,全面描述了农业转移人口家庭生命周期与市民化意愿现状,检验了城市定居意愿与落户意愿间的关系,分别系统分析了农业转移人口定居意愿类型与模式和城市落户意愿与时间期望的多维影响因素,以及家庭生命周期异质性影响,最终提出以家庭为单位提振农业转移人口家庭市民化意愿的政策建议.
