Summary:
A recurring event in the environment of organizations, the scandal, considered as the media coverage of the transgression of a rule, has so far remained a source of indignation and an object of mockery without any real attention being paid to it or the analysis. However, each scandal conceals a management problem, an expression of organizational vulnerability. The objective of this book is to identify, through the scandals analyzed, the determinants of viability of Cameroonian public organizations ... The ensuing discussion questions the governance system under the paradigm of legal, political and managerial regulation in force.
