- Summary:
- Manuscript copy of Jeshua ben Joseph ha-Levi's Halikhot ʻolam (a work on methods and styles of the Babylonian Talmud) and Jonah ben Abraham Gerondi's Sefer ha-yirʼah (a work on ethics), and the manuscript was produced in the 14th-15th century Spanish style (script, layout, built-in titles and rubrics; the title page is decorated in the contemporary Middle Eastern style; f. 1r). The beginning of the text for Sefer ha-yirʼah is missing a number of leaves, and begins with פותחת בברוך ואז בעת התפילה יתחיל לשכוי בינה (f. 93r).

- Layout: Written mostly in 21 lines, aligned center; caption built-in to column; annotations in outer margins; one tapered layout (f. 109v).
- Script: Written in a Spanish semicursive script, and captions in a Spanish square script.
- Decoration: Title page designed with floral patterns and loops, with text under a muqarna-style arch.
- Binding: Patterned paper on boards, with a leather spine; two raised bands on spine.
- Origin: Written in Syria (layout, provenance), possibly in Damascus (design on title page).
