Ebenezer Durojaye is Professor and Head of Socio-Economic Rights Project at the Dullah Omar Institute, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. Lucyline Nkatha Murungi is a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Director at the Center for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, South Africa.
