- This article provides an overview of a Master's degree study that examined leadership in one of the largest European aeronautic companies. The original study applied a multiparadigmatic collaboration approach to identify future needs of the company in terms of leadership, relate them to the company's current state, and propose development initiatives to develop leaders. The study, grounded in two distinctive paradigms, explored the leadership phenomenon using two distinctive theories, and both qualitative and quantitative methods. This study guides the reader through the whole research project starting from the research idea, through the problem formulation, research design, data gathering, and analysis, and concludes with the research findings.
