Summary:

Retrospective of artist Flor María Bouhot (Antioquia 1932) in commemoration of five decades of a artistic trajectory. Her work is characteristic for its colorful representations of sex, gender, sexual diversity, afro-Colombian ethnicity, woman, color, love, rejection, difference. These are the themes she explores in series such as "Los amantes", "Instancias del éxtasis" and its multiple depictions of women and beings of ambiguous gender and improbable colors. The bodies of the series "Carnaval" submerged in enjoyment and partying, along with its erotic still lifes where her fruits dialogue with the lustful flowers of Georgia O'Keeffe.
