- Summary:
- Log of the brigantine DOLPHIN, kept by John Morke from, 1732-1734 (with gaps), while on a trading voyage from Boston, Mass. to Glasgow, Scotland. Morke experienced some sort of legal trouble while at Melford Rover from January-Mar. 1733 and the DOLPHIN was sold at Waterford on 12 October 1733. John Morke traveled to Dublin on 25 October and returned to Waterford 3 November 1733, then sailed in an unidentified ship on 4 January 1734 making stops in Le Havre, France, Dover, England, and finally London. Morke took residence in London and made brief entries until 25 December.
