Summary:
Account book kept by merchant and mariner Joseph Buckley, 1693-1701. Accounts from 15 May 1693-26 February 1694 were kept at St. John's, Newfoundland and from 19 July 1696-31 October 1701 at Boston. The vol. also contains an account of items purchased by Boston hardware merchant John B. Hewes of Thomas Cordis, another Boston hardware importer, for 25 November 1824; and letterbook copies of correspondence from Hewes, 6 December 1824-20 April 1826.
