Artist's book presenting an excerpt from Celia Thaxter's An island garden, describing a moonset, sunrise, and happiness, hand-lettered in gouache and painted in watercolor. Bound by Joelle Leavitt Webber of Mermaid Bindery, with endpapers and paper cover of Katie MacGregor handmade papers. Housed in a custom cloth-covered box with title lettered by the artist on the spine and lining of painted paper.
