- Inside the newspaper there is a large color map of the railroads of the Eastern United States as well as a smaller map of the railroads of Texas and the harbor in Pensacola, Florida. The map is the size of the entire newspaper folded out. Published at 164 Broadway in New York (it is a weekly publication and costs 25 cents). Front page is filled with an article titled "An Historical and Descriptive Sketch of all Places of all Places of Interests in the Southern States." A paragraph is provided for several dozen places. Pages 2, 3, and part of 4 consists of schedules for 304 railroad lines. Part of page 4 has various advertisements. Fraying at the edges and the front page has some staining.
