The conferences were organised by the School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. ICACEST2021 aimed to provide a platform for disseminating knowledge virtually with participants across the world. Furthermore, in elevating further collaborations between researchers, academicians, and industry professionals, the conference theme of "Re-Engineering Cultures of Science and Technology in Creating Sustainable Development Through IR4.0" was covered in 4 keynote sessions and 12 breakout sessions.
