This is the 8th iteration of The Annual International Seminar On Trends In Science And Science Education (AISTSSE) since it was first held in 2014 and the second virtual meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The theme of this exciting forum is "Implementation of Science and Science Education Research on Supporting of Digital-Based Industries,” which embraces six main topics: fundamental and applied research in mathematics including basic mathematics, applied mathematics and statistics; fundamental and applied research in physics including theoretical physics and computation, geophysics, material science and technology; fundamental and applied research in biology including fundamental biology, applied biology and biotechnology; fundamental and applied research in chemistry including instrumentation, basic chemistry, and applied chemistry; and science education and computer science.
