- Summary:
- In this chapter, we address some of the issues associated with the preparations of work plans during the Phase II ESAs. We draw a distinction among proposals for a scope of work, contracts, and the detailed approach of work plans. We discuss tasks that need to be considered when preparing a work plan. On the basis of the same principles that are listed and described in the E1903 Standard, these tasks can be presented to the user in various formats, depending on the particulars of the commercial real estate transaction and the user's needs.
