- Summary:
- The original memo from Sowinski Sullivan Architects, announcing the construction of an elevator at the 13th Street PATCO station, directly under HSP. It has been 3 years of the type of joy a research library would think it would be--just throw in a global pandemic, riots, an encampment of unhoused people in the underground concourse, the opioid crisis and a sharp rise in street crime. However, the elevator completion will make the entire PATCO line ADA compliant. This is a good thing. Hopefully everything else will work out in the end.
