Learn to recognize when one of your team members needs to be put on a performance plan, what to include, and how to manage the plan over time.
Many people leaders will encounter a situation that requires a performance improvement plan (PIP) at some point. But it can be challenging to know what to include in a PIP to ensure it can be effective. In this course, Chelsea Conrad presents the insights she has acquired as a people leader and career coach to help you successfully navigate the process. Chelsea begins by discussing the events that lead up to the PIP and how to assess if the PIP is the right answer for you. She guides you through the entire PIP process, from crafting the document to assessing the outcome of the PIP and options for moving forward. Chelsea also shows you additional considerations around remote PIPs, as well as key takeaways to consider as you get started. This course empowers you to navigate the PIP process like an expert! This course was created by Madecraft. We are pleased to host this training in our library.
