- Portrays members of the Bachelor's Barge Club of Philadelphia, entered in national amateur rowing regattas in Boston and on Lake Carnegie. Also reproduces a 19th century image of a regatta in Philadelphia. Shows a christening at the Crescent Boat Club. Includes views of Fairmount Rowing Club members during races in Princeton, Alexandria, and Philadelphia. Shows Malta Boat Club team at races in Red Bank, Princeton, and Philadelphia. Depicts the Undine Barge Club practicing and racing, especially on the Schuylkill River. Includes Vesper Boat Club team members rowing, as well as an image of Vesper trophies. Shows Camden High School team bringing their shells to the Cooper River. Highlights rowers from the University of Wisconsin racing in several regattas.
