Summary:
Highlights socialites and debutantes attending the annual Head Dress Ball in Philadelphia. Portrays members of the Bal Masque Committee as well as people attending the ball. Depicts the Colonial Garden Party at the Powell House in Philadelphia. Contains veiws of the floor show and costumes at the Mardi Gras Ball. Oversize also shows some costumed debutantes at unidentified masquerades.
