- Images document factory work at the Philco plants in Philadelphia. Depicts war production of communication equipment, shells, and fuses, as well as security, inspections, and war rallies. Highlights the assembly and inspection of radios and radio equipment. Also documents entertainers (like Jimmy Durante and Al Jolson) appearing at the Academy of Music for the Radio Hall of Fame. Includes a portrait taken during the awarding of the Navy "E" at the Trenton plant.
