- Images document medical care at the United States Naval Hospital at 16th and Pattison Streets in Philadelphia. Depicts the arrival of patients by train, and their medical treatment. Portrays disabled veterans of the Civil War, World War I, and World War II, some taken during Christmas and during carnival preparations. Includes examinations of children at the clinic. Highlights eye surgery. Also shows building exteriors.
