Summary:
Illustrates efforts by promoters to establish the headquarters for the United Nations in Philadelphia. Portrays delegation lobbying across the country and at the liberty bell. Documents the U.N. Relief and Rehabilitation Administration conference in Atlantic City as well. Also depicts cultural and fundraising activities by the Philadlephia United Nations Council.
