- Summary:
- Portrays the activities of students participating in the Cultural Olympics held at the University of Pennsylvania. Depicts performances by dancers, singers, and musicians as well as historical pageants and tableau. Shows exhibitions of posters and stagecraft arts. Includes views of majorettes, bands, and color guards marching on Franklin Field as spectators watch. Also shows award ceremonies and closing exercises.
