- Depicts official activities surrounding Pan American Week in Philadelphia. Portrays Mayor Bernard Samuel with Latin American consuls as well as the coronation of Miss Pan-America. Includes a portrait of the Immaculata College students planning the celebration. Also shows participants dressed in Latin American costume.
