- Portrays Chief Noah Bay of the Makah Tribe signing the Declaration of Allegiance to the United States. Also depicts the dedication of the Wanamaker gift flag at the Makah reservation in Washington state. Includes photostat of the Oath of Allegiance. Documents North American Indian antiquities found at a site near the Susquehanna River. Includes rock carvings on Walnut Island. Also shows rural buildings in the town of Safe Harbor. Depicts the exterior of the Indian State Normal College in Pembroke, North Carolina.
