Pages [ii],[vii] and all later unnumbered pages are blank. Thomas Fitzgerald (1695? - 1752) attended Westminster School and then Trinity College, Cambridge (BA 1717, MA 1721). He was ordained deacon and priest in 1718, but spent most of his career as a master at Westminster School (Head Usher, 1741), publishing editions of Martial and Terence for the use of his pupils. He married the daughter of John Weston of Ockham, Surrey
