Among the topics discussed are; Infant mortality rates, preventive measures against illness and epidemics, refugees and salvage of property. Particular attention is given to the plight of the Flemish lace makers and the organisations attempts to find an outlet for both their skills and produce. The report is fully illustrated with black and white photographs, showing some of the locations and the work being carried out by the Red Cross.
