Summary:
A documentary about the reaction of Colotenango to TLC, or the CAFTA agreement of 2005. After military intervention to the town's protest, a week-long conference was held, with participants from all over Central America. The event focused on Central America's natural resources and putting a stop to exploitation by North American countries.
