Summary:
This is a work of artistic experimentation carried out by a multidisciplinary work team made up of nationally and internationally known photographers, as well as members of the artistic and academic community of the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Sections highlight commemorative dates such as the Day of Love and Friendship, World AIDS Day, Women's Day, and the Gay Pride March, among others. The images and texts were selected for their artistic, sociological, psychological, and testimonial value, in addition to the realization of various photomontages and collages intended to enhance the expressive and symbolic level of the images used. The objective is to show the breadth of sexual diversity, which ranges from childhood sexuality to sexuality in old age, taking into account biological, cultural and religious aspects, as well as issues related to prejudice, repression and homophobia.
