She obtained her MCT certification in 2008 and holds an array of other certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Office Master Instructor, Ic3 Internet and Core instructor, Google GAIC, Google Ads and the PMP-Project Management Professional certification. She has been a Financial Analyst and lead technology trainer for the Federal Reserve Bank and lead trainer at CompUSA. While providing quality training to thousands of professionals in all industries, her biggest joy in the classroom comes from seeing students have those Aha moments learning a new-found tool.
