Summary:
This book is the product of research on graphics present in objects such as backpacks, baskets, chumbes, shapes carved on wooden benches or body painting, which are produced by members of indigenous communities in Colombia. In the indigenous world, graphics, as part of the material culture, is not exempt from conceptual relations, therefore it constitutes a vehicle of communication. The reader will find, in addition to abundant designs, aspects related to the perception of nature and its phenomena, and concepts inherent to the worldview.
