An appendix (p. [15]-24) added to the Letter by the publisher contains an address "To the representatives of the free-men of ... Pennsylvania ... 1692", a list of landholders of the period 1720-30, a list of proprietary tracts or manors in the province (undated), a short description of Philadelphia and a list of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, 1776.
