- Summary:
- Manuscript of Isaac ben Abraham Wanneh's recension of the Yemeni Tiklal (Siddur and Mahzor), with his additions to the text (his commentary called Ḥidushin (חידושין) noted by biographers); according to Ratsaby, the work on the Yemenite Tiklal, including adding elements of the Palestinian rite, took place between the years 1615 and approximately 1640.

- Layout: Written in columns of 22-23 long lines; calendrical treatise written in 32 long lines.
- Origin: Written in Maʽbar or Dhamār, southwestern Yemen, where Isaac ben Abraham Wanneh was active (see Isaac Ratzaby's introduction to Wanneh's Rekhev Elohim, Jerusalem 1992, page 34).
- Binding: 19th century blue marbled paper on boards, with brown leather spine (possibly renewed).
- Script: Written in Yemenite semicursive and cursive scripts, possibly in the hand of Isaac ben Abraham Wanneh (his note on f. 52v: "ואני הצעיר יצחק מצאתי שני העתקים והוצרכתי להעתיקם ולהועלתם כולם בשני דפין..."), more likely in the hand of an amanuensis (the marginalia is likely Isaac ben Abraham's hand; see his script in his Shaʻar ha-shamayim; KTIV Film no. F 45292); prayer texts vocalized (using the Tiberian vocalization written above letters).
