Approximately 190 copies were printed on 70 pound Curtis Colophon, and 16 copies on damped Worthy Hand and Arrows. ... The binding of the regular edition was done by Robert Burlen & Son. Columbia Riverside Linen cloth was used for the spine, with French marbled paper sides"--Colophon.
