Message from the President of the United States, transmitting information relative to the duties at present imposed by the Emperor of France on all articles, the importation of which into the Dominions of France is permitted in American vessels, and whether all articles, the produce of the American soil, will, on their exportation from the United States, obtain a free admission into the ports of France, and if not, what articles are prohibited, agreeably to a resolution of the twenty-first instant : December 31, 1810 : so much as relates to a tariff of duties referred to the Committee of Commerce and Manufactures, and the remainder to the Committee on Foreign Relations
