A Rag Baby was a dramatic composition descriptive of life in a drug store and post office written and copyrighted in 1883 by Charles H. Hoyt.
Summary:
Vignetted portrait on the left of a girl on a barrel with an officer behind her, entitled Venus. Central scene depicts a man with a top hat trying to kiss a woman with text: "Let me kiss the lips that Sullivan kissed."
