Summary:
Collection contains views from Forest Park, Pa. including Unity House, a recreational refuge for the workers of the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union. Scenes of Unity House include exterior views of the lawn, cottages, the porch, the boat dock and the bathing pavilion with people swimming. Interior views of the resort include the tea room and soda fountain in the social hall, the Unity House store, and the Lobby. Unity Lake with rowers is depicted. Collection contains interior and exterior views of the Forest Park Hotel including the Casino, tennis courts with people playing tennis, and the bathing beach with bathers and rowers at Forest Lake. The Forest Park baseball field is shown with people playing baseball and fans. Also depicted is Lake Tamiment with people rowing, waterfalls at Forest Lake, views of Forest Lake, the Green House and Flower Garden, Bushkill Falls and the Pine Grove Theatre.
