- Attributed by NUC and Shoemaker to Jacob Bailey Moore. But Sabin attributes it to Levi Woodbury in his revised entry 105102. In a pamphlet entitled The principles and acts of Mr. Adams' administration vindicated by J.B. Moore (Concord, N.H., 1828), this oration is also cited in a footnote on p. 31, as Woodbury's vindication of Mr. Adam's oration.
